NOURISH YOUR BODY
POST NATAL CARE
“Nourishing the body after giving birth is essential as the postnatal period can be the beginning of health problems which may persist for many years.”
ACUPUNCTURE DURING POSTNATAL CARE
Postnatal Acupuncture treatments can be started after given birth. Acupuncture has been found to assist with milk production (1)(4), postpartum depression (2) and possibly retained placenta (3). The sessions aim at supporting maternal health and addressing any other health present health complaints from birth.
“At Holistic Acupuncture, treatments are individually tailored to address mother and baby needs.”
